SHIPPING POLICY

All our products are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to our customers with a tracking code for them to track it. We do require that the customer should provide us with the correct shipping address and their contact information. If in case an address or any other detail is mistyped at the time of the order, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We have multiple different shipping methods available in each zone. Remember that the days mentioned in the table below are shipment days and do not include handling. The average handling time for each order is 3-5 working days. If the order quantity exceeds two items, excessive shipping charges amounting to 20%, 30%, and 50% will be borne by the company on Express, Standard, and Economy orders, respectively.

If in case the product is damaged in transit, you can contact our Customer Support to initiate the exchange process.
