Return & Refunds Policy

At Lambs Leather, we put the needs of our customers first. In addition to providing a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund process, we aim to provide high-quality products. Please read the following policy:

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and still have all of their tags on them.
  • Items that have been altered or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos of the issue.
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost if the issue is verified.

Size Issues:

  • Customers can request an exchange if the product does not fit and the problem is reported within 14 days.
  • We will process a free exchange and pay for return shipping if our store delivers the wrong size.
  • If the customer selected the wrong size, an exchange can be arranged, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Color Variations:

  • If the product’s color differs from its online representation due to an error, customers can request a replacement or refund by providing photos within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

A refund will be processed if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A return request is approved within the 14-day return window.

Refund Process:

  • After the returned item is received and examined, authorized refunds will be executed within 10 business days.
  • The original payment method will receive the refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Before Shipment:

  • Customers can cancel the order for a full refund within 24 hours.
  • If you want to cancel after the order has shipped, it will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • We cover the initial shipping costs for every order.
  • Unless the problem results from a flaw or mistake on our end, the customer is responsible for paying the return or exchange shipping charges.

Additional Notes

  • Items that are worn, broken, or missing their tags cannot be returned.
  • If a buyer bought a product to test it out or because they changed their mind, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Any local taxes or customs duties related to the purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
